skavorn asked:

I’m looking to borrow approximately £50,000.

I will have debts of a £10,000 unsecured personal loan, used to finance the deposit.

I already have £3,000 saved, on top of this to pay for fees.

I also have my parents property valued at approximately £250,000 which could be used as a guarentor.

My job pays around £14,000/year. However I can afford about £750/month. About £500/month after my loan repayments

I will be looking to purchase a property in the Middlesbrough area.

Can anyone recommend me a good buy-to-let lender?
and the property would be worth about £60,000

Find an independent Financial Advisor in your area, he’ll find the best deal for you, explain it all and not charge you for the advice. My brother did a couple of years ago and I’d never heard of the Mortgage provider he got but it was a good deal.

  2. Try a company called The Mortgage Works. They have a web site. I have 6 properties with them – not saying they’re the best but they may be worth an enquiry.
